How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Rune Vault account and all associated data directly from within the app:

1. Open the Rune Vault app
2. Tap the Settings tab
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account under the Danger Zone section
4. Confirm deletion through the two-step prompt

Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

• Account credentials — your email and password
• Portfolio — all items, quantities, and buy prices
• Favourites — all saved items
• Characters — all RuneScape character profiles
• Plugin data — all RuneLite plugin link tokens and sync history

Data Retention

All data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. No personal data is retained after deletion. We do not keep backups of individual user data once a deletion request is processed.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app and need your account deleted, please contact us at support@vaultek.co with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 days.
